Homemade gluten-free peach tart!

I found the gluten-free pastry flour by Authentic Foods to be quite easy to use. I added organic butter and So Delicious coconut milk creamer. Perfect for a summer picnic!

By the way – anyone looking for something dairy free to put in your coffee – this is a very yummy option!
