Shipping and Returns Policy
I. SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time:
- Orders placed by 3 pm EST on business days (Monday-Friday) ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 3 pm ship within 24-36 hours. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or outside business hours ship the next available business day.
Shipping Costs:
- Flat rate of $10 for all US orders (includes handling fee)
- Free Priority Shipping on orders over $99
- Overnight shipping available for additional cost (email orders@doctordoni.com for details)
- International shipping: Not available through our website. Current registered patients located internationally should contact orders@doctordoni.com to arrange ordering and shipping.
Delivery:
Standard orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS (unless overnight is requested). Delivery takes 2-7 business days within the US. Please note that USPS/UPS does not guarantee specific delivery dates or times, and we cannot refund shipping costs if packages arrive outside the estimated window.
When products ship directly from a vendor, they may arrive via UPS or FedEx. We attempt to consolidate all items into one shipment whenever possible. If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you about wait times and potential alternatives so you can decide how to proceed.
Order Tracking:
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. If you don’t receive your order or need tracking assistance, email orders@doctordoni.com.
Auto-Shipping:
Need to reorder regularly? Set up auto-shipping and choose your products, quantity, and delivery schedule. Your order will ship automatically without you having to think about it.
Payment:
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal through our secure website.
II. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
30-day Return Policy:
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No restocking fees apply.

Refund Process:
All refunds are issued to your original payment method. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Original shipping and processing charges are non-refundable.

We want you to receive your products in perfect condition. Carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, contact us immediately and we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange. We’ll provide a return label—simply send back the damaged item.
