You can modify the Program to match your goals, for example:
Avoid sugar, caffeine, soy and/or eggs.
Add exercise, yoga, meditation, and/or saunas.

Ensure 8 hours sleep

The Stress Remedy shake tastes great with organic vanilla, chocolate and berry flavors. It is a rice and green pea protein based shake that includes nutrients and herbs that research has shown to decrease inflammation, support metabolism and heal the digestive tract. It does not contain sugar.
