You know those breakfast buffets at hotels, and how they offer only gluten, dairy, sugar and egg products?
When I was in Tucson last week I went to the breakfast area in the hotel, but instead of eating food from the buffet, I picked up my bag from the hotel refrigerator and enjoyed the following:
- Half of an Earth’s Cafe, DF, GF, EF and sugar-free cherry cheesecake
- Salmon, left over from dinner the night before
