Yes, chicken (or turkey) soup is a healing meal!

Onion, chopped and lightly sauteed in olive oil
Free range chicken broth and water
Free range chicken or turkey (either raw or previously cooked and frozen)
Your choice of veggies: Chopped carrots, celery, kale, mushrooms, potatoes, turnips, parsley, dill
Your choice of spices: Sea salt, pepper, rosemary, oregano
Optional grain: brown rice or rice pasta
