Doni you changed my life! Do you love your job or what?? What an amazing impact you have on people's lives. I love my new diet, I feel like a new person. It's a lot gain and all I lose is some fattening naan at Indian dinner!

My cramps were a bit different as well, though I was surprised to be about a half day early this month (I am usually like a clock) though I imagine that the drastic change in diet must do something to my system. I plan to do the progesterone again this month.

Just wanted to update you. I am so happy to not be a big bloated balloon 24 hours a day, and I feel so much more energized all the time. The protein shake is GENIOUS. Life changing.
