What Dr. Doni’s Eating – July 17, 2010

Hashbrowns and an Egg! For my second dinner tonight.

1/2 cup frozen Alexia organic hashbrowns
1-2 Tb Nutiva organic coconut oil
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp Simply Organic Italian herbs
1/4 cup chopped organic onion
1 Organic Valley free range egg (if allergic to eggs, use turkey bacon!), slightly scrambled.

Sauteed hashbrowns in coconut oil. Add salt, herbs and onion. When ready to brown, add egg or turkey bacon. Cook to preferred done-ness.
