When you test positive for HPV, it often triggers shock and fear. Questions flood your mind about how this happened and what steps to take next.
A significant change has occurred in how we detect HPV – decades ago, we only discovered HPV once abnormal cells were identified. Now, women are tested for high-risk HPV during routine pap smears, leading to more frequent diagnoses.
I believe women are more susceptible to high-risk HPV than ever before. The HPV virus doesn’t discriminate by age; I help women from age 20 to 75 and beyond because HPV can affect women at any stage of life. Importantly, even after a hysterectomy, you’re not immune – the virus can impact vaginal cells, the vulvar area, anal area, and oral cavity.
I want you to know you’re in the right place, as I’ve helped with all different scenarios, ages, types of HPV virus, and locations in the body.
Initial Medical Response and Common Concerns
So let’s talk about where to begin when you get a positive HPV test.
In the conventional medical office, the standard procedure is fairly straightforward: If there’s concern about abnormal cells, they might recommend a colposcopy (a type of biopsy).
For mild abnormalities like CIN-1, the typical medical advice is to return in three to twelve months for monitoring. This creates a challenging waiting period where many women feel helpless, simply watching to see if their condition progresses.
Some of you may have already been identified to have CIN-2 or CIN-3 or higher-grade cells vaginally or in other areas of your body. In that case, your doctor is likely to recommend a procedure to remove the abnormal cells.
It’s during this time that many women begin searching online and through resources like YouTube, looking for additional options beyond just waiting and watching. What you’re not going to hear from the doctor’s office is that there are things you can do to protect yourself.
I’m planning to train more medical professionals so they will discuss these options with you, but currently, it’s not the standard of care for gynecologists to know how to help you prevent HPV beyond vaccination, which is not 100% effective.
Breaking HPV Myths & Misconceptions
There are numerous misconceptions circulating about HPV, particularly the belief that once you have it, you can never eliminate it. Based on extensive clinical experience and research, I can confidently say this isn’t true.
The human body has the capability to clear the HPV virus, and I’ve worked with thousands of women over two decades who have successfully achieved this. Just this week, three women following my protocol returned with negative HPV results, and this happens consistently every week.
However, it’s important to understand that the timeline varies significantly among individuals – some clear the virus within a month, others take three months, and some may need six to twelve months. We’re not in a race, and it’s not about taking a single product.
It’s about following a comprehensive protocol.
Comprehensive Treatment Approach
I understand that HPV feels like an annoying item on your to-do list, and you want to get on with your life. While you might wish for a simple solution – taking one pill or making a single diet change – this usually isn’t sufficient.
Some women have shared success with just one supplement, but many more from around the world find they need a more comprehensive approach. That’s where my protocol comes in.
The testimonials on my website demonstrate that women can not only clear the virus but keep it away. Once we train your body to protect you, it will continue to do so even if you’re exposed again.
This is true even if you’re in a relationship where you’re being re-exposed to the same partner who may have HPV. We can help your body protect itself regardless of the exposure situation.
It’s crucial to understand that exposure alone doesn’t determine infection. We need to figure out why your system isn’t fending off the virus. We need a comprehensive plan that addresses not just physical symptoms but also emotional well-being and lifestyle factors.
The protocol isn’t even just about diet, nutrients and herbs – we need to work on multiple levels, including emotional healing and stress recovery.
Understanding Your Susceptibility to HPV
It’s essential to understand that HPV infection isn’t simply about exposure. While studies show that 80% of humans are exposed to high-risk HPV, not everyone will test positive. This demonstrates that exposure alone isn’t the determining factor.
Think about how we catch a cold virus – it’s not just about being exposed; it’s about our system being run down. When we haven’t had enough sleep, when we’ve been consuming more sugar and alcohol, when we haven’t been taking proper care of ourselves, we become depleted and more susceptible. That’s why college students often get sick during finals week or why people frequently catch colds during the holidays.
The emotional impact of diagnosis shouldn’t be underestimated. Many people experience guilt, shame, anger, or resentment upon learning about their HPV status. These emotional responses need to be addressed because unprocessed emotions can affect your immune system – this is well-established in research.
While we can’t eliminate past exposure, we can help you process the emotions surrounding it and rebuild your body’s natural defenses.
Diagnostic Testing and Individualized Care
My comprehensive approach begins with analyzing standard blood work for common deficiencies in nutrients like vitamin D and iron, which can significantly impact immune function. Beyond standard labs, we utilize specialty testing to get a complete picture of your health status.
Food sensitivity testing is conducted through a simple at-home finger poke test, which helps identify inflammatory foods and detect leaky gut conditions. This is crucial because there’s a strong connection between gut health and vaginal health – if we don’t address gut issues, it becomes much more difficult to resolve vaginal HPV.
We examine your microbiome health, considering factors like antibiotic use, history of yeast infections or bacterial vaginosis, and digestive issues. Your protocol may need to include both oral and vaginal probiotics, along with other natural formulas to rebalance your microbiome.
When checking hormone levels, we conduct urine hormone panels to assess estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone levels, which is particularly important for perimenopausal or postmenopausal women. We also test stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline through specialized urine and saliva tests you can do at home.
Different herbs and nutrients are matched to your specific needs based on these test results. When cortisol, adrenaline, serotonin, dopamine, and GABA are optimized, patients experience significant improvements in overall well-being.
Access to these specialty tests comes with the Say Goodbye to HPV Program or through one-on-one consultations.
What My Protocol Includes
My HPV protocol utilizes herbs, nutrients, natural substances, homeopathic remedies, peptides, and probiotics in clinical doses to support healing. We can use women’s probiotics both orally and vaginally, customizing the approach based on your specific needs.
These are not just any products you can order randomly off the internet. They are from practitioner-grade, third party tested supplement companies, with the highest standard of production.
The process typically involves eliminating inflammatory foods, healing leaky gut, rebalancing the microbiome, and supporting vaginal health through both internal and topical treatments. We also use specific herbs and nutrients vaginally to help maintain a healthy vaginal environment that can protect you against future infections.
I’ve seen remarkable success stories, including a recent case where a woman with a history of miscarriage came to see me in early pregnancy. We immediately started my miscarriage prevention protocol along with my HPV protocol modified for pregnancy.
Following my guidance, she was able to prevent a miscarriage and achieved negative HPV results four months after delivering her healthy baby.
Once we achieve negative HPV status, we transition to a maintenance plan. This isn’t about maintaining an extensive supplement regimen indefinitely; rather, it’s about understanding what your body needs for ongoing protection.
A common concern among women is the risk of transmitting HPV to partners. Once you achieve negative test results, you won’t be able to transmit the virus or develop cancer from it. This is often a significant motivation for starting my protocol.
