I would like to share notes from a patient (with her permission of course) as she integrated information about foods that were causing issues in her body, and learned how her body could feel with the right kind of support. Her words so wonderfully express the experience I hope for patients to have as they rediscover what it is to feel good.

Three days after receiving results from IgG and IgA food panels:

Dear Dr. Doni,

I’ve cut out all of the high reactive foods, which for me, really just meant gluten, yogurt, and some shifts in which nuts, fruits, and vegetables I choose. I know you may think I’m over-stating things so early on, but I ALREADY see a difference. I have long believed I noticed a connection between eating “carbs” and seeing puffiness in my face. I can say now that duh – there MUST be a connection, because after just two days, that puffiness is subsiding. I am optimistic and I feel empowered and excited to know that I’m taking good care of my body. 🙂 So thank you.

So far, I notice dramatic differences in my energy level, my digestive comfort, my mental clarity, and my mood since eliminating high-reactive foods and beginning the supplements* you suggested. As somebody who has been so terrified of taking any supplements, I have to admit that I’m a little bit concerned, truth be told, to realize just how great I feel, seemingly as a direct result of using this capsule-derived support! I’ve just come through two years of such acute suffering on every level.
