A latest favorite – a recommendation from a patient – homemade kale chips!
- Cut organic kale and spread on cookie sheet – I found pre-cut kale at Whole Foods, which makes it one step simpler to make!
- Drizzle with olive oil (regular, not extra virgin) and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake or broil at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Watch carefully and use a spatula to stir and flip the kale part way thru the cooking time.
- Cool and eat on their own or with your meal.
