What Dr. Doni’s Eating – Aug 2, 2010

Put together with just a few items I always keep on hand, and with lots of taste! Arugula salad is a common meal for me.

1/2 cup fresh, organic arugula
1 Tb organic cilantro (a special treat from the farmers market)
1/4 organic avocado
2 slices free range sliced turkey (or wild salmon)
1 Tb organic dried cranberries
1 Tb slivered organic white onion
1 Tb Annie’s Balsamic salad dressing (or my own!)
