I now have a new awareness of what I put into my mouth…

As far as my pursuit of gluten-free eating goes– I have been doing very well. Although it has only been about a month since I've started eliminating gluten from my diet, I am already seeing some improvements in mental clarity, bloating, and overall well-being.

I'm sure you may hear this from others, but it is definitely an eye-opener to have a food intolerance/ allergy. I now have a new awareness of what I put into my mouth–it has been a lot of junk and quick convenience food! Now that I have to stop and think before eating something, I can really contemplate what it is I eat, and what a healthy alternative may be. There will be a lot of pattern changing and habit breaking that I need to do– but I'm glad that I now have motivation for doing it!!

Talk to you soon!

Best,

Jessica
