What Dr. Doni’s Eating – Sept. 9, 2010

After Karate class I enjoy having lunch at City Bakery in Manhattan, where I can find super-healthy, gluten-free options that I can easily use to “build-a-meal” (as I call it).

1 slice of pecan crusted chicken
1/4 cup of sauteed greens with nuts and garlic
1/4 cup of radicchio
