Secure Payment Options
We currently accept all major credit cards and Paypal via our secure website.
Ships Same Day – Orders received by 4 pm EST will ship out the same day (unless the item is out of stock), Monday through Friday, except on official holidays.
Packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail, unless overnight is requested. When products are directly shipped from a vendor, they may come by UPS or Fedex.
Whenever possible we will attempt to put all products ordered into one shipment. If an item is not in stock, an additional shipment may be necessary. We will contact you to let you know about the wait time for the product and about a potential alternative so that you can decide what will work best for you.
Free, Priority Shipping on all Orders $99 and over
The standard shipping fee is $8 for orders under $99

If you know you are going to need to re-order an item on a regular basis, auto-shipping can be a great option for you. You get to choose the product(s), quantity and timing of your auto-shipment, and then you don’t have to think about it again! It will be shipped automatically for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive your order, please email us at email@example.com for tracking.
International shipping is not currently available on our website. Current registered patients of Dr. Doni if you are internationally located please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange proper ordering/shipping to you.
Out of Stock Process
If an item is out of stock we will contact you and either offer you an alternative product and/or give you an estimated date of arrival of the product you ordered. At that point you also have the option to cancel your order. As we do strive to stock all of our products, time to time a product falls out of stock or there is a manufacturer delay.
If for any reason you are not happy with the product you received, the product may be returned when unopened and in the original condition, it arrived to you within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund. There is no restocking fee for returns. Please contact us by email at email@example.com for return authorization and instructions.

We strive for you to receive your product(s) in perfect condition. If a product is damaged during shipping, we will replace it. We will give you a return label and simply need for you to return the damaged item.
