Cimicifuga racemosa also aids symptoms of menopause as well as headaches stemming from neck stiffness. It is also used for emotional symptoms such as sighing, sadness, anxiety, and irritability

USE: for self-limiting condition listed below or as directed by a physician.

DIRECTIONS (adults/children): Dissolve 5 pellets in the mouth 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved or as directed by a physician.
