Daily Foundation Support - includes a multivitamin containing methylfolate, omega 3, probiotics, vitamin D and magnesium - all of which are important before and during pregnancy.
5MTHF is methylfolate, which is essential for early pregnancy. Please note that you may need higher doses of 5MTHF. It's important to check your homocysteine level to know.
Chaste Tree Berry (Vitex) is an herb that supports ovulation, which is what we need for conception to happen.
MitoQ is the most effective form of CoQ10, which is known to restore function of mitochondria in the ovaries to help ensure healthy egg quality.
NAC or N acetylcysteine is an antioxidant and is anti-inflammatory, and is known to support ovulation, especially in women who have PCOS.

N-acetylcysteine (NAC), a sulfur-containing amino acid, is the precursor of the amino acids L-cysteine and glutathione. Animal and human studies of NAC show it to have powerful antioxidant activity. In addition to antioxidant activity, NAC is effective in promoting normal liver detoxification.
As a sulfur source, NAC stimulates glutathione (an important antioxidant produced in the body) synthesis and activity, promotes liver detoxification, and is a powerful molecule capable of scavenging free radicals.
Research suggests NAC is capable of enhancing immunity. In a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, NAC was shown to positively impact lymphocyte cell numbers.

Folic acid must be converted to its active forms to be used by the body. This is a multi-step biochemical process that occurs in the intestines and liver.
