Stress Reset Reminders

  • Clean Eating: set reminders for when you need to eat – every 3-4 hours thru the day.
  • Adequate Sleep: set your bedtime, and your “get ready for bed” time.
  • Reduce Stress: practice deep breathing – start with 2 deep breaths every hour.
  • Exercise: start with 5 minutes – stretch, plank, walk, or dance.
