Stress Reset Reminders:
Clean Eating: think “where is the protein?” each time you eat.
Adequate Sleep: protein in meal at least 2 hours prior to bedtime. (Avoid sugar and eating just prior to bedtime.)
Reduce Stress: enjoy nature! Spend time outdoors (if possible).
Exercise: 15 minutes of movement – stretching, walking or strength building.
