Recently I was asked to hold a presentation on anxiety and depression for the Association of Accredited Naturopathic Medical Colleges—and clearly I was honored to do so.
In this presentation, I discuss how we can use our genetic tendencies and knowledge of stress exposure to help our bodies recover from stress with natural approaches such as:
- Dietary changes
- Essential Nutrients
- Optimizing hormones
- Regulating blood sugar
- And, of course, balancing the gut bacteria.
