What’s Dr. Doni Eating? Avocado Zucchini Salad

Avocados are a favorite because they contain healthy fats and fat-soluble nutrients.

This twist on guacamole is filled with flavor and disease-preventing goodness.

2 avocados, diced
1 zucchini, diced
2 Tb lemon juice
1 Tb basil, finely chopped
1 Tb extra virgin olive oil
1 Tb chives, minced
5 drops liquid stevia, plain (optional)
1-2 tsp sea salt

Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, stevia and sea salt. Mix avocado, zucchini, and basil, drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with chopped chives.
