What’s Dr. Doni eating while on the move?

I look for places to purchase food that allow me to make the choices that match what my body needs.

First protein, organic whenever possible. Second gluten-free grains and vegetables. Third: flavor, color and texture so that I feel satisfied by what I eat.

I’ve found a perfect example in Manhattan – Fresh & Co – where you can either make your own salad, or pick up a pre-made quinoa or chicken salad.

Whether in the Magic Kingdom, an airport, or a town in the middle of nowhere, it is usually possible to find a salad, with protein (vegetarian or not), and something that you can eat half of and take the rest with you for later.
