Hi Dr. Doni, I was thinking about you today, and thought I should shoot you an e-mail. Everything is great. My energy has increased and I've lost 20+ pounds. I have actually started playing soccer again which makes me feel amazing. My period ended after 7 days, in a very controlled fashion. I am now on the natural progesterone and that seems to be working. The dietary changes were easier than I thought, and the results are well worth the extra thought I have to give to eating.
