I no longer suffer from the crippling effects of PMDD and my quality of life has improved substantially.

I was diagnosed with Premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) in 2002. The doctor provided little information and sent me on my way with a prescription for Sarafem. I tried it for a few weeks then stopped because it made me feel awful. I also was not aware of the impact that PMDD would have on my life. After years of suffering and many hours of research, I decided to seek out help.

Everything that I had read about PMDD led me to believe that the only way to treat it would be to take Sarafem or a form of anti-depressant. Yet my body does not agree well with anti-depressants and I wanted to find an alternative way of treating the problem that would be more conducive to my healthy lifestyle. I started to research natural therapies and naturopathic doctors in the city of New York and came across Doctor Doni’s name.

Right away, working with Dr. Doni was different. She seems to have a love for what she does and a genuine concern for the health and well being of her patients. She took the time to help me gain an understanding of what was going on in my body and what resources I did have available to me.

Since working with Dr. Doni, my PMDD symptoms have calmed down significantly and I’ve been able to keep my life on track. I no longer suffer from the crippling effects of PMDD and my quality of life has improved substantially. I would highly recommend Doctor Doni to any woman that is suffering from any premenstrual difficulties.
